Morehouse Parish Tornado

Video still of tornado on the ground.  The tornado began as a multiple vortex.  The storm was approximately 4 miles to the NNW of Mer Rouge with touchdown at 8:02 PM CDT.  Local reports of tree damage were received.  Conditions were dark at the time.  Click HERE to see the video.  It is a large file so be patient while it loads.  Also keep in mind, the photographer was multi-tasking at the time, reporting the tornado via amateur radio.  Therefore the quality is not of professional quality.

TORNADO VIDEO CONFIRMS A TOUCHDOWN. TREES AND LIMB DAMAGE
            WAS FOUND AND ONE FIELD HAD TALL GRASS FLATTEND ALONG THE
            PATH. PATH LENGTH WAS 3.5 MILES. MAX PATH WIDTH WAS
            AROUND 50 YARDS. MAX WINDS ESTIMATED TO BE AROUND 80 MPH.
