The chase team arrived in Norman, Oklahoma at around 2 PM.  We immediately began to take in the sights by visiting tornado ravaged communities in and around Oklahoma City.  The town of Moore was particularly hard hit receiving F5 tornado damage (winds of 261-318 mph).  While the team witnessed only F4 damage (winds of 207-260 mph), many of the devastated areas still had restricted access.  Two automobiles, or some resemblance thereof, were left on display indicating the awesome power unleashed by the storm.  The students examined a field and made observations of a few oddities that such fierce winds create.
